Pigs Ear. Slight haze on this gold beer. Little white head. Light dry palate. Dry marmalade fruits. Touch of dry bubblegum ester. Dry finish. Tedious.

Gravity @ Pigs Ear 2012. The pourís deep gold with a tiny head. The nose is honeyed toast, loads of bakery aromas. The taste is piss, toast, pale malt sweetness. Some honeyed apricot and jelly. Light body, summery. Overall, not bad.
