On tap at the brewery. taproom
Pours with an opaque black body that is topped by a good beige head that leaves some sticky lacing on the glass.
The moderately strong aroma is dominated by fresh roast coffee notes.
The flavor has plenty of coffee as well as hints of dark bread. Mild bitterness.
Medium-light carbonation and a smooth, medium body.

22 oz bottle via trade shared with drsordr and Tommy. Pours a dark cola brown color with a huge fluffy beige head, actually it was a gusher. A bit scared of infection, but seemed to be over carbonated. The aroma and flavor have roasted malts, black coffee, earthy bitterness, char, I think it would be much better if not for the over carbonation issues, just a bit fizzy with the mouthfeel.

drsordr (2885) - Loveland, Ohio, USA - OCT 18, 2016
Bottle shared by alexsdad06 pour opaque dark brown with giant tan head. The bottle was a gusher. No infection on the nose, just over carbonated. Instant carbonation when it hits the tongue. Nose espresso and dark fruit. Some chocolate. Taste sweeter red fruit up front then coffee and chocolate. Would be much better if it didn’t instantly bubble. Turns into a foam bomb in the mouth.
