COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Night in Brussels is a Belgian-style American IPA with malts from Belgium, a blend of American hops, pure cane sugar in the best southern tradition, and an authentic Belgian yeast strain. A pleasing marriage of old- and new-world beer cultures, this unique ale is best understood as an American IPA on a Belgian road trip.

The beer looked amber in color, with a small ring of bubbles serving as head. The carbonation appeared lively, with some very fine bubbles. The smell indicated a good deal of citric and floral hops. The taste was quite citric as well, with clear Belgian yeast inspired tropical flavors. The mouthfeel was not quite as dry as authentic Belgian ales, but it was quite close, with a Saison like, rustic, dusty feel. The overall beer was well positioned, midway between a Belgian and American IPA style. Well done new fellas in town. Keep up the good work.

Tap at Atlanta airport. Slightly hazy yellow pour with a pillowy white head. Some citrus. Yeast. Softer palate. Not bad.

Draft at Varasanos in ATL after wandering terminal A trying to find their bar; seems it closed. Hazy gold copper color with a thick, long lasting off-white head. Big aroma of citrus hops and Belgian yeast. Refreshing flavor with light bitterness and orange sweetness. Pretty nice.

On tap at Varasanos Atlanta Intl airport. Mostly doughy aroma. Very fruity. Delayed bitterness. Quite mild hops for an ipa. Lots of fruit and a wee bit of sticky hops but nothing outstanding here.

Cloudy orange pour. Malty aroma. Head dies quick .Hoppy, bitter aftertaste. High alcohol content not detected. This is fair but really no better than any other IPA. Bottle @ Ritz Carlton, Buckhead, Georgia.

Nice beer as a regular IPA, but I dont taste hardly any Belgian character here. Nice thick tight head. Looks great in the glass. Earthier hop aroma and that is the first flavor you get. Kinda watery on the finish. Easy drinking for its strength

Thanks southbierbro!! Pours a nice deep gold color with a tinge of haze and an off-white head. The smell is yeast, citrus, fruit, some caramel. The taste is toasted malt, marshmallow candy, fruit. The body is medium with average carbonation.

Many thanks to John for sharing. Fruity interesting beginning. Hints of soft Belgian Ale-yeast, fresh smooth and sticky piney hops. Still highly drinkable. Nice fresh floral hops with a nice fresh hoppy and not too bitter aftertaste. Nice but not too intense in hops. The Belgian yeast is great though.
