Cask conditioned at The King’s Arms, Waterloo, London. Dark brown with cream head. Quite a dry, fruity mild from the off with this beer, berry notes then a dry caramel, chocolate malt flavour. Some bitterness, the beer is fine. 47574xeCD (1209) - Coventry, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - DEC 16, 2014
Cask at The Harrows Inn, Coven.
Dark deep mahogany brown with a good tan head that stays the duration of the pint. Chocolate roasted notes. A good mild but lacking in depth, but pleasant all the same. jw4774 (10) - Bristol, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 28, 2014
On cask at the Three Tuns, Bishops Castle. Rich toasty aroma, with a fairly thick consistent head for a mild. Nice chocolate hints but low bitterness and not too thin. A very nice traditional mild. minutemat (5940) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - FEB 24, 2014
Cask @ Winter Beer Festival, Prince of Wales, Shrewsbury. Nice and smooth with a brilliantly subtle caramel & chocolate influence. Tasty. niquillis (2752) - Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 10, 2013
On cask at The Huntsman, Cheadle. Pours dark brown with tan head. Caramel, spice and light chocolate. Plenty going on in this low ABV mild. A cracker.

Cask at the Craven Arms, Birmingham. Poured a dark brown colour with a reddish hue and an off-white head. The aroma is dry malt leading to a weak bitter flavour with loads of roasted malt and a gorgeous smooth palate with a malty finish. A classic session mild from the UK’s oldest brewery. chriso (7586) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 21, 2009
Cask (handpump) at the Plough, Worcester, May 2009. A dark ruby mild with a loose beige head. Nicely roasty malt flavour. Fair amount of chocolate in the flavour profile. Burnt/roast bitter finish.
