Cask @ Three Tuns Inn, Bishops Castle. A great stout with dry coffee, a delicious sweetness and a smooth drinkable texture. Very nice. Oakes (18167) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 24, 2014
Dark brown, fruity, liquoricey nose is so old school. Taste is the same - deep fruity and slightly tangy old ale taste. A step back in time, this has educational value if nothing else. For drinking pleasure, I’m really not sure where this fits - it’s like a light-bodied old ale. Theydon_Bois (20136) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 21, 2013
Cask at EBF XVI, 09/11/13.
