Thanks Beerandblues2 for this! Yellow colored, clear pour. Aroma has touch of jalepenos to it, light malts. Flavor is a nice spicy note, with some notes of heat on the finish. Pretty good! BeerandBlues2 (13654) - Escondido, California, USA - JUN 30, 2013
Bottle. Pours lightly hazy pale gold with a small, creamy white head, medium retention with spare lacing. Aroma is jalapenos, Pils and corn with spicy Noble hops. Flavor is Pils malt, medium hops and bitterness with spicy jalapenos and a dry finish. Light body and carbonation. Travlr (25546) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUN 30, 2013
Bottle courtesy of Beerandblies2, thank you sir! Hazy yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of green pepper flesh, straw. Taste is clean and crisp with mild to moderate heat throughout and some pepper flavor shining through. Not bad. mcox90 (2107) - Wilton, New Hampshire, USA - JUN 18, 2013
Several 4 oz samples at the source during the release party for this beer. Pours a deep gold with a thin white cap. Ok, so it’s not a sexy looking brew. Aroma is strong jalapeno pepper which overwhelms the grains. Jalapeno follows through into the taste with a lingering heat. Thin, but "hot" palate with a lingering heat that is still present several beers later. I don’t care for pilseners and I don’t care much for hot food, but the two together was terrific. The "heat" was just right. This is one interesting brew. williamstome (1909) - Somerville, Massachusetts, USA - JUN 2, 2013
Hazy straw pour. Spicy aroma, with very nice spicy flavor! Mouthfeel was spicy and sharp. Nice! Long lasting spiciness was great.

Pouring at the Saturday sessions of Extreme Beerfest. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Light peppers, toast on the nose. Nice spicy peppers with a touch of smoke. Lingering heat, never horrible, just a nice slow burn. Very well done, long lingering heat. Phatdog1 (179) - Brentwood, New Hampshire, USA - FEB 20, 2013
22 oz poured a hazy dark yellow into a pilsner glass. Huge aroma of pepper and pickle juice. There’s something sweet & flowery there in the background, but can’t put my finger on it. Less than medium body, a bit watery. Malty & bready up front, but only for a split second as the jalepeno takes over. Not overpowering at all, lingers into a nice heat down the throat. I enjoy the baseline Bohemian Pilsner, so I find this a tasty version with some great flavor, not necessarily all heat. jcwattsrugger (12507) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - DEC 5, 2012
22oz bottle-thin white-pale yellow. A-jalepeno, some tomatoes, wheat. T-jalepenos with some heat, 2nd sweet lt malt/wheat.

Slightly heavier body than expected, with a denser mouthfeel than many other pils. Pleasing carbonation. Great aroma of slightly roasted peppers, a bit of sweetness that followed through into the flavor. The pilsner profile definitely allowed the subdued roasted jalapeno to come through. The warmth was smooth and outlasted the finish. Excellent - much better than other chile-centered beers I have had. Great job!
Want to thank Annette and Nicole for braving the heat to bring a keg out to the Farm-a-Q! This paired perfectly with the arrangement of smoked and grilled dishes! jtclockwork (16857) - , New Jersey, USA - SEP 21, 2012
Bottle. Pours gold with white head. Nose and taste of spicy pepper, cooked jalapeño, green tomato, spicy malt and white pepper. Finishes with lots of pepper heat. Medium body.
