Bottle 500ml (Timo A’s Fliptop tasting). Slightly hazy yellow color, small steady white head, lace. Grassy, dry aroma. Light-bodied. Grassy, green flavor. Ok maltyness. Nice traditional pils/kellerbier.

Tap at Be.Re. Clear gold with a high, pillowy head. Crisp hoppy nose, very noble, herbs. Crisp and crackery, great hop flavor, lemon, herb. Peppery too. Prickly, herbal, peppery finish. Awesome.

14/I/17 - 50cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ Arno’s place - BB: 20/IV/17 (2017-41)

Slightly hazy blond beer, small creamy solid white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing. Aroma: dusty, bit of banana, yeast, some chemical, band-aid. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: quite buttery, diacetyl, bit malty, sweet touch, grassy bitterness. Aftertaste: bitter, butter, lots of diacetyl, sweet, some citrus, butter. Nope.

bartlebier (3982) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - FEB 6, 2017
50cl Bügelverschlussflasche bb04/2017, from prime Franconian scout Geers of all places! - pours that delectable thick franconian Keller hay nectar, cloudy with unfiltered character. Deliberately rustic and uncouth aroma of apple pie and buttermilk, a decent shot of butterscotch prying through the silky grasses and heavy hays. Sweetish and hay-bitter in taste with a very noble, old lemon peel hop fruitiness complementing the quark very well. Just my kind of Keller, unpolished and ländlich - merci voor den tip, Dominiek!

lupuLust (289) - Franke(n) im Breisgau, GERMANY - DEC 29, 2016
28.12.2016 at Cafe Klatsch, Ansbach - Flat dull pils. Aroma of old cheesy hops and socks.
