Can at home. Pours a clear copper/amber with two fingers of foamy off white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy with some floral and some pine. Some alcohol on the nose also. Flavor follows with mild bitterness. Overall, a very drinkable and nice IPA.

Can poured a clear amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of caramel, earthiness, cocoa and light orange zest. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of caramel, earthiness and light citrus with a crisp dry lingering bitter finish.

A clear amber beer with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, lemon, and pine. The flavor is citrus peel and hay, quite bitter.

Poured from a can. Not sure why this is called an IPA. Overly malt taste; more of a brown ale. Little hop taste. Missnamed.

Drank this draw at the Thunderhead in Ankeny for Dads day. Great ipa! Light and fresh.

A mediocre IPA. Pours a nice hazy peach color. Aromas of citrus at first.. But then fades to almost nothing. Aroma is just kind of bitter hops... Pretty boring.

An average tasting IPA, it has some nice pine and citrus notes on the palate, but the finish has just a little too much bread and malty flavors for me as an IPA.

Can - good size foamy head, medium gold color, nice big grapefruit hop aroma and flavor, fair malt balance - pretty good overall ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
