The Thomas Lloyd, Warwick, 30/03/14. Clouded orange amber with a Gillette collar. Decent resinous evergreen and forest floor aroma with some curried notes. Severely finishable with good fresh pine and honey; herbaceous and mellow curried (ginger) hits; lemon, pale toasted nuts and the ubiquitous Weetabix. Not bad: drank an entire Danish pint.

Cask at Streatham Hill wetherspoons. Pours gold with a white head. Lovely hoppy, sherbetty candy aroma. Light to medium body, mild carbonation. The sherbet candy thing is there alongside pine, grass, light marmalade, light caramel. This went down in a flash. Lovely balance, just very drinkable.
