Casl conditioned @ Giddy Bridge (JDW), Soton. Initially full \nd rounded with toffee and bitter hops. Thins out slightly but retains balance. haddonsman (1234) - Derby, Derbyshire, ENGLAND - OCT 24, 2005
Cask (handpulled) at the Babington Arms Derby. Tacky, sickly, aroma. Rather sludgy fruit flavours, bottom of barrel stuff. For all these faults it delivered a half decent sweet malt finish, looks like I may have caught this on a bad day. SilkTork (5806) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - OCT 16, 2005
George V, Brompton. A lovely soft and darkly malty best bitter with the hops well soaked into the malt. Mmm, very yummy. Long lingering hop soaked malt flavours - chocolate, fruit, tree bark, it’s all here and it all blends well. Enough individual flavours to keep the flavour spotter happy, yet a great drink as well. Awesome. JonMoore (2067) - Loughborough, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JUL 20, 2005
Cask at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Red/brown colour with a creamy head. Fruity and malty with some caramel and bitter hops in the finish. Nice stuff. harrisoni (19189) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUL 15, 2005
Cask at County Hotel JDW, Ashford
Reddish ruby colour, plenty of fruity malt with strawberries and raspberries and then bitter hops to balance. Good session beer, but the balance is not quite there but the fruit is nice.

UPDATED: NOV 12, 2005 Reddish in colour. Malty with a bit of caramel and fruit, it’s simple but actually quite tasty and an ideal session ale. GarethYoung (1111) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - JUL 6, 2005
[draught at kirky puffer] pours brown with a moderate lasting head. aroma is pretty simple malts, some caramel and a little fruit. light body, decent session beeer but a bit unremarkable. DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 5, 2005
maybe a little suprizing this fellow, it seems that the aroma and taste are completly different bar the fact they are both a little malty. I found it hard to find any distint flavours in here though the aroma seemed a little sulphur. Alround a bit of a disapointment as i have heard this brewary does some good beers. leaparsons (10712) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JUN 7, 2005
Cask, New Road Inn, Leicester. Red/brown with a cream coloured head. Aromas are sweet and fruity with spices and dry hopping. Flavours are sweet malts with berry fruit, chocolate, toffee and bitter hops on the finish. Not bad. MrWalker (926) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 3, 2005
Cask @ JDW The Regal, Cambridge, UK. 27th May 2005
Dark amber beer with a slight flowery palate. Well balanced. Caramel and refreshingly everyday attitude. Slightly fruity aftertaste.
