Cask conditioned at The Old White Swan, York. Medium white head, good lacing. Golden body. Lemon, white sherbet, doughy, some spice, tangerine. Quite sweetish, a bit tangy. Dry finish. A little oily. Overall: a bit bland. imdownthepub (15526) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 30, 2012
Caks conditioned at The Crown, Oxford. Gold with white head. There is a real pungent, eggy, sulphery note to this which follows through into the beer giving it quite a salty note. There is a biscuity malt body and an earthy British hop note, but the sulpher note seems to dominate throughout.
