JK54B (1602) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 6, 2013
Malty fulfilled nose. Pale head. Clear golden color. Malty and hoppy taste with berry notes. Slight grassiness. At the end hop bitterness. Good golden ale.

mikkopen (1155) - Guelph, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 1, 2013
500 ml bottle. Clear deep golden colour, thin white head. Malty aroma with citrus fruits and floral hops. The flavour is malty, with some metallic notes and a moderately bitter hoppy finish. Not bad.

In the unlikely event that someone brews a beer to celebrate me (as an author or otherwise) can you, yes YOU, please ensure that they brew something that gives a little more interest than this. ’Exquisitely lovely’. No it’s not. Ironically as Wainwright himself said... ’when we drink, we drink for pleasure but this brew can be drunk by you’. How appropriate.

500ml bottle at the brewery lane in Dublin. Golden color. A really nice golden ale. I recommend

Senka (1082) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - DEC 28, 2012
50cl bottle (from Caerdydd, 1 month old). Faint floral aroma, citrusy hopps. Freshly harvested barley. Beautifull golden ale, clear pour, rather frothy head, that does not stay longer than a minute. Medium sweet, lightly bitter and slightly salty. Medium body, average ale density, soft carbonation and a pleasant bitter finnish, that opens itself after few minutes. This is not the best golden ale there is, but, probably the best one you can get as an export in eastern part of Europe.

hens (736) - Tallinn, Estonia, ESTONIA - DEC 20, 2012
0.5L bottle. Sweet grass and ground, banana aroma with gentle hops. Very pleasant fruity, musty, skunky taste and littel bitter finish. In absorbing is nice gentle bubbles. Not bad taste expierence. Very nice.

worldbeertaste (1805) - West Midlands, ENGLAND - NOV 27, 2012
Clear medium gold with a thick huge lasting frothy, and sticky and very lacy soapy lasting white head. Smells of NZ hops, toasted malt, grain and toffee. Slightly tropical elements. Medium with soft carbonation. Fruity sweet peach, malt and toasted malt with a fresh nice bitterness. The hops are a nice surpise. It balances out well and is much better than the Cask version. Great to drink and lovely golden session.

Lambister (520) - FINLAND - NOV 2, 2012
50cl bottle at cottage. Golden bubbly liquid with light white head. High carbonation and light bitterness and sourness. Nose has copper, metal and hops. Nice hops and citrus aromas. Very nice brew, more body to be better.

pivnizub (10571) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - OCT 21, 2012
Bottle. Clear, deep golden, visible carbonation, stable white foamy layer, mild to moderate fruity and citrussy-hoppy nose, some malt detectable, as well; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering citrussy-hoppy finish. An unspectacular, but very pleasant beer...

auderale (605) - Minot, North Dakota, USA - OCT 4, 2012
Golden colored pour with little to no head. Floral, hoppy aroma with a floral, dry bitter finish. This was just ok.
