750 ml bottle, 2007 bottling, 8.6% abv, sampled 5/30/09. Straw colour with a fully lasting ring of creamy white bubbles. Dry apple skins and light brown sugar aroma. Dry and lightly tart apple flavour with a woody and light alcohol finish. Medium bodied, firm but not prickly carbonation. Not bad but probably my least favourite from Tideview.
750 ml bottle from NSLC. Pours a light golden straw colour with rapidly disappearing white head. Aroma is fresh, dry apple. Crisp dry apple taste with some earthy character. Finishes quite dry. Mellow carbonation. Solid. Mandrake (14) - Chester, Nova Scotia, CANADA - JAN 6, 2010
Light straw with a decent head, given the style. Fades quickly. Aroma is a bit abrasive, but shows some promise in the earthy apple scent. Taste is rather bitter though, the apple getting quite muted. Not my favourite of the Tideview lineup, that’s for sure. mabel (9245) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 14, 2009
[1948-20090116] 750mL bottle. Sweet apple skin juice aroma is super-concentrated. Clear, light yellow body with quick white bubbles. Lots of dry apples in the flavour. Medium body has quite a dry finish. Light and drinkable.

Clear golden, sparkling with little bubbles. Aroma is tannic, almost like an apple tabac from hookah. Low carbonation with only the slightet spritz. Dry simple and tannic. Good for a very dry and earthy cider.

Shared with BlankBoy, GregClow, jerc & mabel -- courtesy of j&m. Appearance: Straw colour, no visible carbonation. Aroma: Nice overripe apple. Flavour: Reminiscent of cider drank in fields during my youth! Sharp apple, got my saliva glands going! Lovely. Oakes (18557) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 31, 2009
Golden and still. Earthy, appley clean aroma. Very dry. Earthy cider with only a slight bit of tartness. Nice balance and freshness. blankboy (7788) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 29, 2009
Bottle (750ml) shared with garthicus, GregClow, jerc & mabel -- courtesy of j&m. Pours a clear pale yellow with green hues and no head. Aroma’s decent, it’s semi-sweet and apple-ey. Light sparkling apple flavour, lightly tart and a bit sweet. Average bodied, oily mouthfeel. It’s alright I guess. jercraigs (10731) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 23, 2009
2009-01-16. Crisp pale yellow headless body. Mild aroma has light fruit apples, not musty per se but thats the word I came up with. Tart flavour, dry apples, fruity mid tones. Refreshingly tart. Smooth average palate. Decent, would drink again. Bottle from Premier, Halifax

Courtesy Oakes. Pours a fairly clear pale gold color, with no head, some small bubbles are present. Smells of fresh apples, citrus zest, and light tannins. Really balanced aroma I thought. The flavor was definitely dry, but the apple I dont think was sweet enough for me, almost too dry for my taste. Light carbonation and some effervescence going on on the palate, but lacking in flavor a bit I thought. Still pretty refreshing and very drinkable though.
