500ml bottle from the co-op $2.99 good deal. Pours out a pale golden no head. Nose is spice nutmeg apple and a sweetness. Taste is more of the apple with a over ripe touch and a nice little spice blend. I like it.

Bottle at home. Pours clear gold with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is sweet apples, light cinnamon and nutmeg notes. Flavor is spiced apples, light honey and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

poured from a 500ml bottle. This stinks of rotten apples, not fermented. sulfury, musty, soft apple note, play-dough. Very dry and thin. Footbalmed.

i need to drink this on christmas in front of a fire, outside.. that poor dog though .. . . dark gold .. mulled spice and dark browned apples .. . a nice cider, but i’d only drink this in winter or under a bridge .. . . i love that ladies around town have those portable garbage cans on wheels, but why do so many people throw babies away?

Bottle that I found in my parent’s fridge. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a bit of a white ring. Aromas are of gingersnaps, maple, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and maybe a bit of clove. Something slightly musty, mulled apple cider aromas. Flavors are slightly tart, some tannin, musty spices, dry cinnamon, nutmeg, clove (or something with eugenol). Warm feeling, pleasant level of spice, with some strong apple acidity left over to let you know that you are actually still drinking cider (unlike a lot of commonly available sticky sweet ciders). Medium carbonation, moderate to low sweetness, dry finish.

Bottle @ The Rose Bowl. Amber colored pour with a short lived white head. Aroma is like apple pie. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and tart apples. A touch of brown sugar and vanilla. Taste is pleasantly sweet with a lightly tart finish. Great apple pie character. Plenty of fruit/apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Hints caramel, brown sugar, and vanilla. Noms.

Bottle from Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours orange amber with a disappearing off-white head and an apple aroma. There is a slightly carbonated apple flavor with some cinnamon and a dry sort of bitter finish. Pretty tasty.
