Pale yellow, white head. Nose is tart, acidic, green apples, earthy, sweet. Nice palate, bitter, fresh apples, green, tart, and wood. michaelinwa (656) - Bothell, Washington, USA - SEP 14, 2013
Bottle, with 8 percent ABV, not the 6.5 percent list on RB. Pale, clear, golden pour. Very low aroma of mild, tart apples. Fairly high carbonation. Primary flavor here is dry, slightly tart apples. There is a very subtle earthy flavor note in there, but you have to look for it. Oddly, I found this to be both simple, yet very enjoyable. There is a real balance to this cider that makes it very drinkable, and without any flaws. If its really 8 ABV it sure doesn’t seem like it. However, I think barrel aging should add more than it does here. I might buy it again, but not soon, especially at $10 per bottle. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - AUG 19, 2013
Cork came out without even making a pop. Bottle lists this one as 8 percent. As expected, the cider pours with very little carbonation. The aroma has some strong maple, apple and oak notes. The flavor is similar. The apple notes are mellowed some by the oak and light whiskey. Easy to drink, I just wish it had a little more carbonation since it is basically flat. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - JUL 14, 2013
500, corked and baled. Pours a slightly hazy pale amber with a loose and fizzy white rim around the edges. Mild nose of golden apples with gentle apple-skin accents. Not heavily sugared by any means. Soft vanilla notes. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Mild red apple skin on the mid palate with a little vanilla from the bourbon. Not super interesting but no obvious flaws.

Blond color. Nice aroma of Bourbon whiskey and pear. Quite dry cider, with low cider characteristics, and quite evident Marker’s presence, that doesn’t blend very well.
