Bottle thanks to ilovedarkbeer. Pours with a fading white head and a clear golden body. Aroma of butter, corn and light grassy hops. Taste is corn wheat and blah...fizzy...

Gold medal in what? Singapore category of the pale crap section? Golden color. Tastes like corn and wheat. Not offensive but just doesn’t taste like anything.

Just to clarify. Though Tiger is from Singapore, if you have this in say Thailand or Malaysia or Indonesia, the beer is brewed in that country- not Singapore. Pours like a typical Asian pale lager. Aroma is very sweet with some yeast in there but is mostly unremarkable. Mouthfeel is watery. Aftertaste is a little dry actually. Overall, better than other Asian lagers but that is not saying too much.

Bottle. Pale golden colour. A bit drier and crisper than your typical tropical lager.

joeyplush (648) - Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 17, 2008
Pours a clear gold with a decent head and slight lacing. Dough, bread and yeast in the aroma, tastes like your average mass produced lager. Palate is mildly slick, and short-lived.

2.9
troopie (2497) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - OCT 12, 2008
Bottle. Poured pale yellow with thin white head. No lacing. Sweet malt aroma. Flavour of malt and sugar. Not mych bitterness. Sweet malt flavour. Not sure what they were striving for here, but it’s not a helles. Not bad though, better than most pale lagers.

2.4
espenra (1016) - Kurland, NORWAY - OCT 10, 2008
33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet. It poured a pale yellow colour with a big foamy white head that settled down fast in the glass. It has a grassy aroma that also smells of malts and a hint of yeast. The flavour is very watery and tastes of bread. It has a very short aftertaste. All things considered it’s another pale lager, but with a slightly better flavour than the rest.

bottle. has a bit of a yeasty smell. pours a very light yellow with a small white head. has a normal lager taste. not really good but not bad either.

2.2
SeanMacGC (334) - Dublin, IRELAND - OCT 5, 2008
Bottle. Pours golden, with porous but short-living head. Faint aroma of hops and malt on the nose, and those with some yeast on the palate. Unremarkable beer.
