2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pale yellow clear body with white somewhat lacing head. Aroma is sweet malts, grains, rice. Palate is thin watery, with medium lively carbonation and mouth feel. Taste is malty sweet and little papery with vague dry finish. Decent lager, drinkable, nothing special but no off-flavors etc either.
Nice light pale lager. Malty. Corn but not corny. Would be nice in summer. Tasted at nudos. biir (1684) - Berlin, - JAN 20, 2018
Tap at Beakers, Berlin - it was happy hour time, so I chose Tiger. Actually, I expected far worse. It has a pleasant floral odor, taste is medium hoppy. body is a bit thin, aftertaste is weirdly grainy. overall, I'd say, an okay pale lager. commonmac (1369) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JAN 13, 2018
Bottle at Hai Hai. Fond memories of drinking this often in Singapore. From memory, it's basically pale golden in color with not a lot of distinguishing characteristics. Aroma is grainy and has a slight skunky note. Taste is your standard lager with plenty of grain. This is the type of beer you seek out when it's humid and sweltering. Easy to drink and honestly on the better end of the lager spectrum. Memories push this score higher. motthes (234) - GERMANY - JAN 7, 2018
Das Tiger Lager Beer aus Singapur, vom Heineken Konzern. Geprägte Flasche, Etikett ist gut. Helles Goldgelb im Glas plus Minikrone. Zutatenliste: Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Maisgrieß und Hopfenextrakt. Gebraut in der EU unter Lizenz von Heineken Asia Pacific. Säuerlicher Antrunk, sehr wässrig süsser Körper, unangenehme Extraktbittere im Abgang. Nix für mich. mrjez (719) - Osaka, JAPAN - JAN 1, 2018
Bottle with a Thai dinner. Pours a crystal clear deep gold, decent looking low head. Corn starch aroma clears, sweet malt, cookie, light lemon. Sweet malt-forward flavour, light floral hopping, has a little more pleasant character than most of its ilk. Light and a tad watery, maintains its malt sweetness through to the end. Ok.

Farbe: klares gold
Schaum: schnell weg

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2017 From backlog. 0,3 litre Can from Taxfree store at Kiel ferry. Clear Golden with white head. Malty, Sweet. Splitenz (388) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 23, 2017
A fairly typical lager from a warm country. A bit more bite than a lot of its neighbours, to me it seemed not to be quite the rice bland beer I tasted in beers from Thailand, Combodia and Vietnam. Not really my go-to beer, but it doesn't stand in the shade of your Heineken or Carlsberg, and as such, I'd rather go for this at an Asian restaurant than many others. One real bonus is the fact that this beer doesn't taste cardboard of metal. knight65 (132) - Dordrecht, NETHERLANDS - DEC 22, 2017
Asian pilsner with a long tradition and a Europpean taste. Good foaming beer with a bitter taste.
