355ml bottle. This one is very high boost, boozy with a bit of dried fruit character, booze. caribou43 (1024) - Lausanne/Sevilla/Lima, SWITZERLAND - OCT 6, 2016
I bought this beer at the American Market in Geneva. I drank tonight at home, relax. In my opinion, it is not the best beer but it is drinkable. I could say that there is a side a bit metalic, final touch of alcohol, a bit nasty and watery. It smells toffee, corn, malt, few hop. It is ok, drinkable. solidfunk (8943) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - APR 30, 2016
For my limited knowledge of maibocks, this seems to fit. Golden pour with decent head and lacing. Some light sugar and raw barley. Light sweet finish. Easy drinking and good balance. Tap at brewpub. GoufCustom (2000) - HONG KONG - APR 3, 2016

355 ml bottle bought at HK Brewcraft in Central.
Clear amber copper olour with a very thin ring of yeast sediments; Less than one-quarter finger head with residual soapy white foam which fades in 10 seconds; Fair sticky lacing with near zero carbonation; Fairly fragrant and sweet aroma of dark malt, with strong caramel, toffee, apple core, meat broth, cured ham, light dark fruits, sugar and faint lemon; Close to medium sweet taste of amber malt, with strong caramel, light toffee, smoke meat, very light dark fruits, light alcohol, strong molasses, dry biscuits, yeast, fair lemon, light biter hops and grass; Medium body. Slick and quite thick palate; Mouth feel is fair Amber maltyness in a slick background. The odd meat flavours is probably from the yeast and that’s aside, it has fairly strong caramel, light toffee and some dark fruits. Booze is light but notable. Molasses sweetness is strong but neat. Very dry and biscuit with light lemon to round. Quite okay… Hoppiness is faint lemon in nose, and much stronger with grass in taste; Bitterness is moderately light a lasting, fairly low astringent sweet-malty finish; Very dry after taste. Quite malty and fairly bitter to mouth.
Comments: Nevermind the odd yeast, this one is a mid-pack Dunkler Bock with strong dryness, fairly good maltyness. Solid caramel and sweet character with some neat hoppiness. A but lightweight but taste fine with me, just skip the meaty yeast!
Bottle - Caramel and drag sugar malts. Cloudy Amber with a small white head. Brown sugary malts and not much else.

Bottle, 355ml. An orange clear beer with a frothy medium size head. Aroma is not very strong, but there are some hints of banana, dough yeast and alcohol. Taste is bitter, with some carbonation and high astringency. It has a strong alcoholic finish that unfortunately overpowers the aftertaste. Sdaniel90 (1080) - Mexico City, MEXICO - MAY 3, 2014
UPDATED: JUL 23, 2014 Bottle, 355ml. Clear copper/amber colour with a crispy offwhite head that’s quick to fade. Rich, but watery aroma, with hints of sweet malts, spices, toffee and dry fruits. Robust, with a full body. Sweet, with a heavy alcohol and bitter finish. Strong, but soulless. Bierkrug (2129) - - MAR 2, 2014
