(Bottle, 0.5 l, at Annapurna, Helsinki, 20170703) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness and mildly grass. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, malts, grass and mild bitterness. Aftertaste was mildly bitter. An easy-to-drink pale lager.

Bottle. Clear pale golden color with a minimal head. Mild aroma of hay and straw. Medium bitter taste. Lively carbonation. Thin body.

Belgian beer for curry. Pale, almost no aroma. It’s crisp, but largely flavourless. Meh.

Botella 27.5 cl de el c Inglés tomada en Oviedo en junio 2005. (t110). Colección Fcpref 29..03..2006 Lote 29CE 09:53. Sin mucho que decir. Corriente.

Kirkas kullankeltainen olut melko pienellä ja nopeasti häviävällä valkoisella vaahdolla. Tuoksu maltainen, viljainen ja makeahko, ehkä aavistuksen hedelmäinen. Maku maltainen, keskiasteisen hiilihappoinen. Ihan toimiva lager, noussee aavistuksen normikeppanan yläpuolelle

Shalimarissa 11/2015. Regular, quite pure pale lager. Nothing special, works quite well with spicy food.

Had at an indian restaurant. Belgian? Weird, this must be Belgiums best beer. Pale lager, tastes like stale hops and a light malt. Not terrible, but...whatever

Bill Becker (1037) - Casper, Wyoming, USA - MAY 9, 2015
A clear gold brew with good head of foam and retention. Malty nose with some balancing spicy hop bitterness. Sweetish malt followed by some grain and spicy crisp bitterness from the hops. I especially love the finish; maybe the best part of this session. Medium body and carbonation. A nice Pilsner of the German kind brewed in Belgium.

50cl bottle. Base Camp, Helsinki. Clear golden, thin white head. Sweet corn aroma, not much else. Flavor has sweet malt, corn, some metal notes. Well, maybe works with the spicy food, would not want to drink this just for ’leisure’

.5l bottle at great local Indian restaurant. Pale yellow. Musty hops. Sweet lager flavors. Slick and sweet. Does the trick.
