Bottle, 50 cl, Hotell Fjällgården, Åre. Overall decent lager, somewhat fruity. Cool_Bond (2707) - KUNG_AV_OL @ Instagram, SWEDEN - SEP 24, 2016
Malty aroma. Light bread taste. OK bitterness which fills the upper part of the mouth briefly. Putrid taste. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings. Bamsen78 (5453) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - DEC 30, 2015
Bottle. Pours clear goldwn with airy but stable white head. Faint aroma of yeast, with notes of cheap malt and touches of hops. Faint, sweetish flavour of malt and yeast of inferior quality, complemented by bitter touches of metal and hops. Metallic and estery aftertaste. Watery. Poor. Ideal to confirm all the stupid stereotypes of Swedish beer. gunnfryd (14983) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 17, 2015

Bottle. Thx Bergstaden. A clear, golden beer topped by a small, white head. Pale malts, some fruit syrup and a grassy, piney hint. Hay. It’s medium bodied, soft and rather sweetish on the palate, nice carbonation level. It has malty sweetness, some bitterness and hay and a grassy touch in the flavor. Lasting finish. Not much interesting going on here. 150718 Meilby (11517) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUL 18, 2015

(Bottle, Rautjoxa, Åre, 23 March 2015) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of peaches, bread, sweet malt and floral hops. Malty, fruity taste with bread, peaches, grass and a gentle floral bitterness. Medium body, fairly sweet. Generic and drinkable, but not much more. Till Export used to be what we grew up on in Jämtland in the late 80’s, but then the brewery was closed. So it was with both anticipation and a slight fear I tried this one. I guess my frames of reference has moved quite a bit over the last 25 years (as the rest of the beer world), so I’m not really surprised I didn’t really love it. But to be honest this is a lot sweeter and less bitter than the original beer, and more or less just something for Carlsberg to put a label on, that might stir up some regional nostalgia.
