Zlotta (3966) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - SEP 25, 2017
0.33 l bottle from 'Beyond Beer', best before December 2017. Pitch black with a medium large, slightly creamy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, moderately roasty aroma of milk chocolate, hazelnut, coffee and vanilla. Quite sweet, malty, moderately roasty taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, hazelnut and vanilla, followed by a medium long, rather roasty-bitter, earthy-dry finish. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very good Stout, starts off quite sweet and gets roastier towards the finish. Didn't get any Oysters.

Bottle from Getränkefeinkost - pitch black color, big beige head. taste is roasted malts, toast, toffee, coffee. bit soy sauce (oyster?). still a very "light" stout, easy to drink, and refreshing despite the bitter dark finish. I like that. nice

Buddel: Literally black, medium-sized and very stable tanned head; moderate sweet-bitter toasty nose with caramelly and fruity spots; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and really smooth; drier lingering, slightly chocolatey, bitter-sweet finish. Very pleasant...

WillemsUrenkel (2042) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - APR 30, 2017
0,33 l bottle from Brolters, Bremen. Pours out black oily with a small one finger dark beige steady head. A lot of choco on the nose, hints of dark berriefruits. Taste starts with dry choco and coffee. Some fruity elements in the background.Or is this the seafood? Anyhow, really salty hints. Smooth and balanced. Dry choco in the aftertaste. Really nice stuff.

bastarda (506) - Freiburg, GERMANY - APR 24, 2017
A delicious Stout, loaded with aromas and taste of dark chocolate (of the fruity sort that almost morphs into candied pineapple), coffee, hints of caramel. Superb mouthfeel. Good, dry finish. Only flaw are the slight alcohol fumes in the nose that needn’t be there at 6,8%.

Foerdifuxx (420) - Franconia, GERMANY - APR 22, 2017
Short review from tap. Dark coloured beer with huge, cappuccino coloured head. Aroma is quite fruity, roasted malt, chocolate. Roasted malt in taste. Creamy texture, mediumb body. Good one

*Bottle from Bier Freunde, Leipzig. Intense dark roasted beginning, Hints of salted sea, the beer is dark and rich, toffee, chocolate, Espresso. The salty (oysters?) are there, in the back, but in the picture. Very nice and intense brew.
