COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the typical Tilquin blend used for making Oude Gueuze Tilquin lancienne, which means a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics from Boon, Lindemans, Girardin and Cantillon, but which was intentionally not refermented. Therefore, it is flat. Once aged in bottle, this blend would give an Oude Gueuze Tilquin lancienne. To avoid any refermentation and carbonation, this blend is kept in the fridge. It is served on cask only on festivals and opendoors as a traditional flat lambic, and sometimes sold to local bars.

Tap at Moeder Lambic. Very nice. On cask is so soft, decent sourness, nice bite to it. Nice fruitiness, gooseberry, citrus, bit earthy, wood, extra ABV gives a little more heft. Too easy drinking! Lovely stuff.

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy dark golden with a few big bubbles and a very thin ring of minuscule bubbles. Lactic, hay, quite some funk, a bit rubbery, wood, twigs, some dusty herbs, light sweet malts. Light sour and under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with no carbonation. Pretty good but theres some light rubbery notes that I dont like much.
