Bottle 750ml. @ Gueuzerie Tilquin, Chaussèe Maieur Habils 110, Rebecq-Rognon, Belgium.
[ As my rating # 20000 on ratebeer ]. Light unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy barnyard, leather, wood, citrus - grapefruit, tart. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, dry. IMO a bit young so it will deff. be nice to follow Pierre the next years and see how the beers will improve. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110528]
