2016 bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a copper with pinkish-blue highlights and no head. Completely flat, with zero carbonation. Big oaky nose with horse blanket, blackberry jam, and blueberry yogurt. Berry skin, tannic and some umami. Could have been great with carbonation.

Bottle poured into a Tilquin glass. The beer is a clear amber with a white head of foam. The aroma is fruity and woody. Big acidity and lots of berries in the taste. Medium body and medium carbonation. A bit wine forward. Pretty enjoyable lambic.

375ml bottle, 16-17 vintage. Very slightly hazy shiny gorgeous red with no head. Aroma is round funk with a gentle prickling acidity in the background, light citric notes and lightly sweet and somewhat tart blackberries. Taste offers the same round funk and gentle acidity with well integrated slightly sweet blackberries, light citric notes and light woodiness. Light and refreshing mouthfeel, non-existant carbonation and light acidic tart blackberry aftertaste.
