2013 2nd Batch 375ml bottle drank in November 2015. Aroma of fainted barnyard funk, hints of hay, and a light and delicate nod at plums. Flavors have similar notes of the nose, a very round barnyard funk, hay, and hints and nods at plum and apples. A sour acid coats the tongue beautifully. Two years has done pleasant things to this one. Very tart, nice carbonation. Lovely.
Pours with standard lambic color. Aroma: leather notes, village, very fine, intensive, some very delicate notes of plums too. Taste: very sour and a bit tarty finish. Nice. Plums undetectable:( kappldav123 (6202) - GERMANY - FEB 26, 2018
Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Beer in the glass orange-golden, small head. Sourish-fruity aroma. Starts intense sourish, notes of some fruity, apple, pear, apricot. Mild sweetish hints. Finish well balanced sourish. Nice. evergreen0199 (3663) - Northwood, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 18, 2018
Bottle at the 11th Brugge beer Festival, Brugge, Belgium. A hazy amber/red coloured pour with a thin white head that vanishes very quickly. Aroma is funk, tart berries, wine. Tastes quite tart, berry fruit, sour, slightly mouth puckering acidity. Not really my style but this was well made and I reckon it would be great on a hot day rather than a freezing cold day in northern Europe. beskid (509) - Baden-Württemberg, GERMANY - FEB 16, 2018
