Nie robiłem notatek, ale to zdecydowanie najlepszy pils jakiego piłem, niby klasyczny, niemiecki, ale niesamowicie pełny, a jednocześnie pijalny, intensywny, wspaniały. Oczywiście wszystko od klasycznych słodów i chmieli, zero nowej fali.

Tap as Goldene Zukunft @ Zukunft, Berlin. Cloudy golden pils, heavy carbonation. Malt, hay, some faint fruits. Nice but nothing special.

Mar ’15. On tap as Zukunft Hell, obviously on tap at the place. It poured hazy yellow body with medium sized head. Lightly astringent aroma, hops and honey malt. Flavor was mostly mildly sweet, fine bread and biscuit malts. A little bit of herbal and citric hops contributed to its bitterness. Medium bodied and smooth on palate, while it finished with light herbal bitterness. A simple, but fine and clean helles.

Keg at the Zukunft shack, 19/07/15. Clear golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is bready malt, trace of orange peel, straw. Taste comprises pale malt, light citric notes, bread, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok pils.

Koelschtrinker (22074) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - APR 13, 2015
Hell hopfiger Antrunk, fruchtig, frisch. Langer hopfiger Nachgeschmack. 11/12/10/12//12

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2014 Vom Faß in den Tilsiter Lichtspielen, Berlin.

Very nice aroma for a German helles, no sulfur or dms. nice hop bitterness. slight citrus aroma.subtle biscuity undertone. not too malty. decent lacing, clumping not a smooth ring between sips. soft cloudy foam. palate is very appealing with a nice hop bitterness that sits for a few seconds then leaves for the next sip. coats the mouth and tongue pretty well. a little thin. but overall an enjoyable beer.

On tap at the brew-theatre. Pours a hazed golden yellow colored body with an inch thick, dense, foamy and frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma has a nice, light lemon-grass hopping and a crisp, very lightly sweetened and grainy pale malt backing. Flavor is similar. A touch more bitter than most Helles, but well balanced between the lemon-grass and lightly sweetened, somewhat grainy pale malt backing. Finishes crisp and dry before leaving a fairly lengthy aftertaste. Light body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty solid Helles. More bitter than most, but balanced with a nice hop character. Good beer.
