A traditional German Dortmunder, brewed with German Pilsner malt and 3 varieties of German hops. A good balance of malt and hop flavor;this crisp lager is extremely drinkable and satisfying.

Pours from 22oz to tulip with little head. Slight smell of vinegar and apple juice. Clean sweet taste with a crisp finish. Thin feel. Cool label. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale yellow. Neutral aroma. Creamy head. Yes a little bit of bitterness in there but this is not a bad dort, probably it tastes a little different than most dorts I’ve had. However, after you session it for a while, that bitterness builds. Good co2 and a bitter finish that certainly hangs for a while after its gone. Perhaps its more like an amber ale?

On tap. Pours a clear light orange with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet fruits, pale malts. Flavor of pale bready malt with apple and light fruits in the finish. Dry, drinkable, solid beer but fairly basic. 7/4/7/4/13 (3.5/5)

This one poured a golden color with a white head. Arma was of grass, pale malt, and oxidation. Falvor was of light noble hops, astringent grain and weird off flavors.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a golden-amber color with a large creamy yellow-white head that left a good amount of lacing. The aroma was tangy and bready with hints of honey and nut. The flavor was tangy, nutty, bready and had a honey presence with a faintly tart and bitter middle followed by faint fruity hops and a hint of pine. Medium length dryish honey, bread and fruity hop finish. Medium body and smooth. Very pleasant.

A yellow-amber ale with a white head. Frothy hefe flavors with a decent body. It is clean and overall a nice beer with food.
