Average lager. Clean golden with white head that quickly fades. Cardboard, grain, sweet malts, grass and cereals. Tastier than other industrial Lagers, but still nothing remarkable.

Golden coloured beer with medium head that lasts and has some lacing also. Aroma of grains and malts, light sweet also. Taste is grainy, malty, light sweet, with some hops giving the beer a light bitter touch at the end.

Can - thank you my sweet little Żuczek! @ The Hucul Rage, Sønderborg. Pours clear pale golden with small white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with notes of malt and faint hoppy touces. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast. Mild hoppy touches. Estery and malty aftertaste. Well, a regular pale lager.

Can, 5.0%. Grainy aroma. Clear pale yellow. Very small white head. The flavour is quite malty. OK papery. Sweetish finish and chalky. Cleaner than expected.

bottle 0,4l, from Lidl, Sant Feliu de Guixols, bright golden with a white head. aroma of typical Eastern European cereal/grain, malts, biscuitmalt. Taste is soft, smooth, medium maltyness, biscuits, weak bitterness, medium sweetness, light body, expected so much less, this was actually ok

UPDATED: AUG 16, 2017 One of Romania’s national standard lagers, from a 2.5 l plastic bottle... Initially medium thick, snow white, moussy head quickly destabilizing and dissolving to almost nothing in the end, over a cristal clear, pure golden blonde beer. Aroma of soggy chicken corn, plastic, wet paper, glue, iron, kitchen towels, dough. Neutral flavour, sweetish graininess and corn-like throughout, cereally, slick and almost a bit glueish mouthfeel, rather low carbonation for the style, rubbery notes in the end but no discernible hop bitterness. Very poor even for a bland industrial lager - I knew this was not going to be any good, but this is actually worse than expected.

400ml bottle from Lidl. Thin white head, a little lacing. Clear golden body. Smells of nothing. Flavour is cardboard, corn and malt. Light carbonation, thin mouthfeel. Bog standard European lager.

40 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Lidl Culemborg. Clear pale yellow with a white head. Grainy aroma with faint hops. Sweet taste with some cardboard. Thin watery taste. Just another East European macro lager.

I bought this beer in one Roumanian butchery shop, in the south of Verona, close to via Pô. I drank it the last week-end with my wife. It is a classical lager that you can find like everywhere in the world like the Parisian mushrooms in the field after a strong rain. There is nothing special about this beer, happy to find some beers like this one that you could not find in Switzerland. The taste is a bit watery, a bit metalic, classical bitterness due to the hop, saaz or hallertau, typical side mineral of these east countries, normal carbonation, gold lager color, thin and white foam.
