UPDATED: JUN 6, 2004 A ruby red beer with a beutiful lasting pink head. The aroma is sweet fruity with strong notes of cherries. The flavor is slightly sour, but also sweet, with strong cherry notes, and it has a woody finish. A great flavor and the best cassis I've ever had, since it is not too sweet and has a fuller flavor. Bottle. Murky purple color, pale pink coca cola head. Aroma of berries and grape jelly. Taste starts sweet then tart berries. omhper (25565) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 26, 2004
UPDATED: AUG 4, 2004 Bottled. Dark amber, hazy. Interesting black currant sorbet aroma. Very sweet and one-dimensional. Perhaps a vague hint of acidity. Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 23, 2005
(Bottle 25 cl) Beautiful deep red colour with a small head. Soft fruity flavours of the black currant, less sharp and less tart than most cassis lambics. This somehow reminds me of a well matured Rioja. Quite interesting. 040200 Oakes (18543) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 6, 2001
Dry, lambic body, with a fruity, pungent, dry finish. Not only the best Timmermans, but also the best cassis.

Bottled. Orange amber with white head. False pear drop note is the first thing o hit, followed by a sweet cloying boiled cherry flavour. Cannot get throught o any of the bitterness. Bov (13221) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JAN 24, 2001

Bottled: Reddish coloured. Clear. Off white lasting head. Blackcurrent in the nose. Light hoppy. Light sour flavour. Blackcurrent notes present. Is rather cloying in the end. Dies quickly on the palate. Not my kind of fruitlambic. rosenbergh (11760) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 8, 2012
250 ml bottle. Finland.
Dark ruby red colour with small pink head.
Blackcurrant, some red berries, mild sourness and some sweetness in aroma.
Flavour is sugary sweetness, some tartness, red berries and blackcurrant.
Rather tasty and drinkable berry lambic. Could be a bit more sour and tart rather than as sweet as it is.
