My second favourite at WoSF 28/5/2012. And what a surprise! A very nice beer, not that full bodied, but how fresh! what a wonderfull experience! summer in a cask, a festival in my glass

On tap @ Kulminator. This one has a really deep public purpleish looking body. A small quickly sidesticking and bubbly head on the top. Nice fruity and kinda sweetish sour aroma. Human skin, cherries and hints of sweet strawberries. Nice stuff. Oh, my this is really sour. Nothing like the aroma. Not vinegar, but not far off either. Sour cherries, nectarine sourness. Sour leafs, sorrel and blueberry. Just an explosion of flavor on each sip. Not at all the hat I was expecting smelling this. Really nice and refreshing stuff. 10.03.2017

No head, nice reddish color. Aroma is very rich fruity, masses of rich fruity cherries, fruit stones, cherry syrup, grass, mild vinegar, sorrel. Taste is dry sour-ish, masses of dry sour cherries, vinegar, unripe berries, citrus acid, berry skin, cherry stones, sorrel. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Hand me a couple of bags and nobody gets hurt....!!

Draft at Grote Dorst. It pours a clean rich purple color with ruby edges and a small bubbly pink head. Aroma is fruity with rich tart cherries and some residual fruity sweetness. Taste is lightly tangy acidic with lemon notes and more red berry sweetness and tart. Light vanilla notes complements well the cherry jam flavours. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, very nice

[9/26/16] Draught at Antwaerps Bierhuyske in Antwerpen. Lovely deep red. Great jammy cherries aroma with some funk and some oak. Flavor is sour and a bit sweetish with lots of cherries, some lacto, cobwebs, funk, a bit acidic in the throat. Great.

EdKing (2668) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 3, 2016
Glass in Kulminator, Antwerp. Aged with 2 years on it. Opaque red to purple with no head. Nose is sweet cherry fruit, lactic acidic, sour, fragrant cherry. Taste is massive hit of lactic sour and very sweet cherry so. Balance is a little too sweet and the lactic is off the scale. Like when Brewers put lactic Avicenna in their beers. Nice but big sour and sweet.

kermis (14999) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - MAY 30, 2016
Glass at the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. Hazy purple with no head. Aroma of sweet cherries, light tart cherries, red berries and light oak. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate sour. Light medium bodied with flat carbonation.

Maakun (6814) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAY 28, 2016
Tap at WvdSG. A bit hazy very deep red. Straight up sour cherry, almonds, light salted plums, a bit earthy, hay. Under medium sweet, light bitter and salty. Medium bodied. Not bad.
