Bottle @ brewhouse&kitchen, london/brewed 2013. Apple-like taste, sourness kicks in at the end. Very dry. Nice

Very balanced. Fairly light body, touch of sour apples. Super elegant. A winner. seehaferb23 (287) - - MAY 16, 2017
Tasted by Cannery Row Beer Club! It was nice Lambic without being too acidic. Cheers!

On tap at Festival Belgijskega Piva in Ljubljana. Pours a hazy, darker golden color, topped with a medium small white head. Soury white wine nose with wine vinegar all over it. Slight vanilla and spice. Strong pucekry sourness with a bit spicy finish. Hard sourness, fresh and light body. Nice one. heman (1318) - Tychy, POLAND - MAR 27, 2017
Arcanor (422) - Quebec, CANADA - MAR 25, 2017
375ml bottled 2014-10, brewed in 2011. Pour hazy golden with a rough bubble foam that reduce to a small cloud and a lacy ring. Aroma in acid, smell like ham slice. Taste is from lemon, salty limonade, a bit soapy and fruity note. Dry and very tart. Medium body and medium to high carbonation. Long tart, citrus and light malty finish. March 2017 - 37.5cl cork and cage bottle in Brussels apartment, as ’Timmermans Oude Gueuze’, 5.5%, 2016 bottling. Cost 2 Euro! Even with the very unfavourable exchange rate that’s £1.85. Dark orange, slightly hazy, translucent, sparkling with a foamy white head, leaving full lacing. Aroma is pale wood, elderflower, lemon zest and more musty wood. Body is light, tingly carbonation, smooth. Taste is lemon and cherry tomato, quite rich and a touch overly acidic perhaps, tangy and tart, woody notes with a sherbet finish. Impressive intensity of flavour but that acidity got a bit grating. Still, if I lived in Brussels, for 2 Euro I’d have no problem drinking this on a very regular basis.
