Pleasant pumpking aroma. Tasted pumpkin with some nutmeg/cinammon spice. Almost sweet for a lambic... not a ton of sour in this guy. IndianaRed (4627) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAY 16, 2014
Bottle from Bier:Thirty Hazy golden witha small fizzy head. Very nice aroma of light sour and holiday spice. Specifically cinnamon gummy bears I think. Flavor was less so, quite mild and tame actually. Somewhat Americanized lambic. Still pleasant and tasty. crossovert (12934) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 16, 2014
Old Rate. 750ml corked and caged bottle. This was waaay better than expected, brought it to a haloween party almost jokingly but it is nicely sour and acidic. Marheb (5773) - San Diego, California, USA - MAR 29, 2014
Gateau aux épices ridiculement aqueux et peu effervescent. D’une insipidité exemplaire. Beerdedone (3408) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 29, 2014
Bottle. Pours dark orange with a small white head. Aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin, and some light funk. Flavor was slightly sour with pumpkin pie spices, cinnamon, nutmeg and had a touch of brown sugar.

750 ml. corked and caged bottle. Bottled 07/24/13. Pours a thin short lived, ivory head, ovar a clear, dark amber (SRM 14) body....nose is very light pie , aspice, hints of pumpkin, with a quite dominant floral honey note, minimal hop tones....taste is sweet, with heavy floral honey tones, barest hints of pumpkin, finishing with a mild sweetness, and light sourness....mouth feel, light body, slightly sticky, light lactic sour on the tongue sides. The acidity of this beer is quite light, and the dominant notes are of a floral honey type sweetness. The pumpkin is mildly there, and combined with the sweetness raises the hints of spice. It is only minimally sour. BJCP 7/3/12/5/6 nuplastikk (6289) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 14, 2014
750ml bottle split with Anndiesel on Valentines Day 2014. Unfiltered dulled orange. Head fades out to an oily residue after a few minutes. Has some of that funked barnyard sour wheat and orange sourness in the aroma, but not quite as forced as US sours. Pleasant on the palate, light to medium bodied. Quite sweet, but very tasty. Really enjoyable light fruity pumpkin flavor, nothing like the spice bombs. The bonus sugar does smooth it all out, but gives it a sort of nutrasweet thing. You know what, this is a Faro. Delicate lactic sourness gives it a great sourness. Delicate and sublime, with a steady sugary undercurrent. Not unlike some of the sugary cheap Belgian lambics, but a little more depth and authenticity. rocbyter (2124) - Waterbury, Connecticut, USA - FEB 1, 2014
Mildly spicy pumpkin aroma. Clear dark orange color with a medium white head. Light spicy bitter beginning with a sweet finish. GreatDane1632 (1169) - North Dakota, USA - JAN 22, 2014
750 mL bottle poured into a Lindemans flute. Pours a crystal clear amber/copper color, with very bubbly head. Aroma is a faint brown sugary, cinnamon sweetness. Flavor is timid sweetness that peaks through the carbonation. First swallow reminds me of a delicate flavored pastry. Mouthfeel is nice, prickley on the tongue. Overall a pleasant flavor that I think would pair well with delicate meats like buttery white fish or chicken. Davhgbrew (948) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 14, 2014
Flat and strangely tasting like apple juice. Amber with slight white lacing. I don’t get any pumpkin, only apple. Not a good lambic. Only reason I got it was Because It Was The 3 Dollar Draft At Wob Cap hill.
