Nice slightly Amber color. The aroma is very Orval ish. The taste on the other hand was completely unexpected. Very acid citric / sour. A bit a medicine feeling (I guess this is the pumpkin). Actually it is quite refreshing and summer friendly but lambic beer is not my type. Not sure I could call this really a beer. Still trying an objective rating. miquelcrush (2053) - Granollers, SPAIN - JUN 29, 2014
Bona cervesa, es bastant equilibrada i gustosa.
Buena cerveza, es bastante equilibrada y sabrosa. chuckstout (336) - Washington, USA - JUN 7, 2014
Aroma of faint acidity, fruit, funk. Pours a clear yellow/orange. Spritzy with no head retention. Cinnamon, nutmeg, dry with some sweetness reminds of spiced cider. Cory (382) - , California, USA - MAY 21, 2014
Bottle. Aroma is a little nutmeg and squash, not overtly pumpkin, with brown sugar and some earthyness. A little tart on the palate and similar aromas come forward across the palate. It’s more like fake pumpkin or brown sugar and spice than pumpkin. I have had a lot of pumpkin beers and this one falls short for me. The lower rating is that for a lambic beer it’s just not that pint worthy in my opinion. Frahmo (320) - Idaho, USA - MAY 17, 2014
Pleasant pumpking aroma. Tasted pumpkin with some nutmeg/cinammon spice. Almost sweet for a lambic... not a ton of sour in this guy.

Bottle from Bier:Thirty Hazy golden witha small fizzy head. Very nice aroma of light sour and holiday spice. Specifically cinnamon gummy bears I think. Flavor was less so, quite mild and tame actually. Somewhat Americanized lambic. Still pleasant and tasty. crossovert (14135) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 16, 2014
Old Rate. 750ml corked and caged bottle. This was waaay better than expected, brought it to a haloween party almost jokingly but it is nicely sour and acidic. Marheb (6334) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 29, 2014
Gateau aux épices ridiculement aqueux et peu effervescent. D’une insipidité exemplaire. Beerdedone (3480) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 29, 2014
Bottle. Pours dark orange with a small white head. Aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin, and some light funk. Flavor was slightly sour with pumpkin pie spices, cinnamon, nutmeg and had a touch of brown sugar. drjay44 (3892) - Salida, Colorado, USA - MAR 20, 2014
750 ml. corked and caged bottle. Bottled 07/24/13. Pours a thin short lived, ivory head, ovar a clear, dark amber (SRM 14) body....nose is very light pie , aspice, hints of pumpkin, with a quite dominant floral honey note, minimal hop tones....taste is sweet, with heavy floral honey tones, barest hints of pumpkin, finishing with a mild sweetness, and light sourness....mouth feel, light body, slightly sticky, light lactic sour on the tongue sides. The acidity of this beer is quite light, and the dominant notes are of a floral honey type sweetness. The pumpkin is mildly there, and combined with the sweetness raises the hints of spice. It is only minimally sour. BJCP 7/3/12/5/6
