Two traditions are brought together here in a unique complacency, namely an original succulence never tempted before. The result is sublime, liberating a graceful taste tinted by a controlled acidity on the lambic confused with the dry fruity of the pumpkin and the discreet sugar added. By crossing the middle of the mouth appears a taste of brown sugar remembering and accentuating the convivial touch of Halloween.

On draft. Copper color with a medium head. Aroma of pumpkin, cloves and spice. Flavor is a distinct mix of a malty pumpkin beer and a cider. Light sourness and spice. Really quite nice.

murky amber, puffy white head. Light pumpkin spicing in nose, Granny Smith skin. Over carbonated flavor has light lacy ice front, afghani touches with the yogurt-pumpkin blend. Pumpkin seeds dominate finish with light hay and lactic sourness. Pleasant, sourness throughout, but never meshes or becomes its own. More sourness preferred a la JPs, but far above the sticky sweetness of most pumpkins.

Clear amber color, moderate head, some lace/retention. Aroma is light pumpkin/spice with other notes of light funk, sugar, caramel. Medium to light body, very light tartness. I wont lie, I think this is a tough concept to nail, and they didnt but this had a high chance of being truly offensive and it wasnt. (Bumped 11/20 to 12/20)

Keg @ Sedona. Deep amber with no head. The nose is strangely of ape cider, pumpkin, cinnamon. The taste is moderately tart. Lemon shandy, more pumpkin spice. Thin while being overly carbed. Just strange.

Aromas of pumpkin, cinnamon, and bread dough. Orange with a light haze and a decent white head. Hearty and savory, more like pumpkin soup than pie, with a good bit of cinnamon. Medium bodied, very smooth.

My wife ordered this at a bar, but I had enough of it to rate. Interesting meld of pumpkin and sour/tart, My kind of lambic. Light on the sour, not as flavorful as some, but I liked the meld of flavors and soft palate. Pretty good concoction.
