Pours cloudy amber with a thin white head. Aroma is cinnamon, pumpkin and lactic acidity. Taste is sweet with light tartness on the finish. Medium bodied with thin texture and a dry finish. bhensonb (16263) - Woodland, California, USA - OCT 18, 2012
750 c&c from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours amber with a transient fizzy head. Aroma is light acidic with some hints of spice. Full bodied - lots of foamy carb. Flavor is lightly tart, with some light pie spice and a touch of toffee. Kind of a nice median between a gueuze and a lambic so far as sugar and acidity. Develops a good dose of cinnamon in the nose. Drinks very nicely. Pumpkin? Probably. Derek881 (1272) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 18, 2012
I had a sample of this beer poured into a pint glass from the bottle. The beer had a strong fruity aroma with lighter notes of pumpkin mixed with some apple, apricot, and grapefruit, and touches of cinnamon and straw. It had a amber-gold/straw color with a creamy white head that had good retention, excellent creamy cling and good lacing. Its taste was a fruity mix with notes of apple, pumpkin, and citrus hops, along with grapefruit touches, and a lightly sour finish. The body was light and thin, a bit dry, and left a sticky and chalky mouthfeel. Not a great pumpkin-style beer in my opinion. MaBeer1972 (2234) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 17, 2012
Bottle from Julio’s. This is a light golden-orange brew. Light white head. Fine, bubbly carbonation. Light spice aromas. Flavor is surprisingly well-balanced. Pumpkin and spice is light. Tartness is held in check with just enough sweetness. Think pumpkin ginger ale. dlovell2 (2423) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - OCT 15, 2012
On tap at Snallygaster fest in D.C. Lambic is not my favorite style but this sounded so unique I had to try it. Light Amber color with a small white head. Fruity aroma with cinnamon. Tart fruity flavor with some pumpking then a followed with dry cinnamon flavor and some yeast flavors. Very unique, glad I tried ikt.

On tap at Capone’s. Poured an amberish color with a smaller sized off white head. I found the aromas to remind me of artificial Ludens Cherry Cough Drops. If I stretched it, pumpkins. Tastes of the same with a lighter tart finish. Sweet and artificial... tcane7 (1674) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 6, 2012
Bottle from Capones. Pours a slightly cloudy light amber with off white head. Nose of lactic acid and pumpkin. Taste is cinnamon up front, like sucking on a cinnamon stick. The cinnamon recedes, the sourness is moderate and a bit of a pumpkin finish. Pretty solid NikkTwist (3516) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 4, 2012
UPDATED: NOV 25, 2012 Bottle at Eulogy. Medium dark orange copper pour with a good white head. Very welcome Pumpkin sour. Still a bit sweet but not nearly as syrupy as other popular fruit lambicus. Can taste a bit of actual pumpkin here though the cinnamon/nutmeg spice components are strong as well. Only "pumpkin lambicus" I have had. Much better than expected. Update: Now having on draft (also at Eulogy.) Tastes similar, but a bit more syrupy fruit. Juicy and full. Still way better than expected.
