Two traditions are brought together here in a unique complacency, namely an original succulence never tempted before. The result is sublime, liberating a graceful taste tinted by a controlled acidity on the lambic confused with the dry fruity of the pumpkin and the discreet sugar added. By crossing the middle of the mouth appears a taste of brown sugar remembering and accentuating the convivial touch of Halloween.

"Cloudy orange pour, smells a bit dusty for my taste. Flavor has a slight twang, and does the pumpkin and spice part quite well, but the funk is underdone in this beer. Decent, but a bit on the boring side."

On tap at Oblivion. Nose is nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, lightly tart. Pour is orange/brown. Flavor is tangy, lightly sour, sweet, brown sugar, nutmeg, allspice, and a raw sugar flavor. I liked it. Sweet, sour, tangy. Not too much of anything and definitely a little different from normal pumpkin beers.

On tap at Oblivion Taproom, Orlando. Pours a dark amber orange with a nice sweet pumpkin aroma. Taste is full of pumpkin and spices leading to a slightly tart, pumpkin filled finish. Nice pumpkin lambic

(bottle - corked & caged 750 ml) Orange pour with a fizzy head. Aroma of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of acidity. Flavor is a light pumpkin note, not overpowered by spice, with a fruity and sharp tangy finish. Different and kind of enjoyable.

Bottle at S&G tasting. APPEARANCE: clear blond beer, small unstable white head. NOSE: fruity, little sour, nice. TASTE: pumpkin, fruity, little sour, nice!

Nice slightly Amber color. The aroma is very Orval ish. The taste on the other hand was completely unexpected. Very acid citric / sour. A bit a medicine feeling (I guess this is the pumpkin). Actually it is quite refreshing and summer friendly but lambic beer is not my type. Not sure I could call this really a beer. Still trying an objective rating.

Bona cervesa, es bastant equilibrada i gustosa. Buena cerveza, es bastante equilibrada y sabrosa.

chuckstout (336) - Washington, USA - JUN 7, 2014
Aroma of faint acidity, fruit, funk. Pours a clear yellow/orange. Spritzy with no head retention. Cinnamon, nutmeg, dry with some sweetness reminds of spiced cider.

Bottle. Aroma is a little nutmeg and squash, not overtly pumpkin, with brown sugar and some earthyness. A little tart on the palate and similar aromas come forward across the palate. It’s more like fake pumpkin or brown sugar and spice than pumpkin. I have had a lot of pumpkin beers and this one falls short for me. The lower rating is that for a lambic beer it’s just not that pint worthy in my opinion.
