There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

Light and fruity and well carbonated. Haven’t tried many to compare, but was definitely enjoyable

alexmate (173) - South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 10, 2017
Almost looks like a champagne, except its cloudy. Virtually no head and lacing. Great nose of pear, lemon, tropical citrus and that milky sour Lambic smell. Taste is of pear, lemon, subtle lime, pineapple, tropical orange and that soured milk finish. I didn’t detect any spice. Price Paid: £2 on clearance. Delicious.

Coriander forward, lemons, light lactic acidity, highly drinkable, light candy-ish sweetness. Maybe a bit too much coriander.

Bottiglia.

Clear pale yellow, medium white head with poor retention. Aroma is sour, dusty lemons. Taste is sweet with a bit of lemon dust.

Bottle @ home. Very pale yellow colour with no head. Smells coriander, herbs, malts, Delirium Tremens. Tastes sour, orangepeel, fresh, coriander, fruity. Kinda weird but nice. Thin to medium body, soft to medium carbo.

Wixie (583) - BELGIUM - JAN 12, 2017

bergstaden (2925) - Røros, NORWAY - NOV 30, 2016
Hazy golden with a white head - Malt aroma - Malt body with citrus and some funky and spicy flavours - The citrus and spicy hints goes into a long finish - This was nice
