COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

Det hr var riktigt gott och vlbalanserat. Smaken var syrlig med tydliga pple-toner dessutom var kroppen lite, men bra.

UPDATED: MAY 25, 2014 Beligan beer bar Riga. Alot of hay and horseblanket in this one but still a fresh touch in this. Mixed with a very unbalanced acid. Not my most pleasant one this. Tasted way better lambics than this UPDATED! Last bottle i had was velvety lambic, Nice sour nose and mouthfeeling almost of roseleafes. Was prob a destroyed bottle the first one, is was delicious

Tap flight at Blues Bar. Clear straw colored pour. Bartender assures me this is unfiltered but my eyes tell me otherwise. Honey fragrance. Taste is witbier with sour characteristics. It is not a Berliner Weiss nor is it a traditional Wit. I like it, though. Slightly sweet with mild sour. Refreshing and Im glad I tried it.

375ml bottle. Hazy orange color. Tiny to almost no head. Very mild banana, sweet, grainy aroma. Weak aroma. Fruity, sour, grainy, watery flavor. Kind of acidic and bland.

Bottle at Epic Beer Festival 2013. Pour is clear yellow in appearance with a big white head and good lacing. Fruity, tangy, orange peel, tart fruits, white wine, and lightly funky aroma. Taste is tangy, citrusy, slightly floral, honey, a touch of funk, fruit skins, and white grapes. Light body with high carbonation. Easy to drink, but really nothing special.

Pours a golden beer with a not very long lasting white head. Smells sweet and sour. Lemon taste and a bit sour. Nice carbo.
