COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

BOSSbrewer (2705) - Arkansas, USA - NOV 24, 2013
Had on tap at Max's in Baltimore. Pours a light yellow with minimal head. Aroma is lemons and lots of them. Tastes a bit like lemon cleaner. Slightly sweet. Light bodied. Refreshing.

Ultra-présence de citron plus plantes aromatiques, acidité bien dosée. Un lambic que j'arrive à boire avec plaisir, ce qui est plutôt rare.

Aroma lemon lime, cut grass, candy sugar, straw. Taste is lemon lime, sweet & sour, slight funk, bread, banana. This is really hitting the right spot after spending hours in the sun. Both refreshing and satisfying. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle opened with a nice pop and poured a golden color with a coating of white head that fizzled right off. Aroma has tart cider, sour wheat, and something that reminds me of ginger. Mouth feel is light and the carbonation low. Flavor has sour wheat, mild apple, tart more than acidic, and some light lime. An odd combination of things but it works it out.

mansquito (6902) - Nueva York, New York, USA - NOV 8, 2013
Taproom 307, NYC tap ($8): Pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is slightly funky, but mostly sugary soda. Taste is pretty much slightly sour soda. This is pretty much dignified alco-pop.

Bottle thanks to adnielsen. Aroma is fruity with pear and apple, flavor is a little apple cidery. Looks nice, with a clear wheat color and chunks of yeast.

Bottle @ Greg’s palace. Pours a hazy golden orange appearance with a white head. Funky, lemon soda, tart guava vanilla a roma. Juicy tart lemon-lime, spritzy, lightly funky, fairly sweet apple flavor. Not incredibly hard to drink but kind of bland.

Hazy yellow orange in color... Aroma of sweet sugar, acidic tartness... Flavor is both sweet and sour, tartness is blunted with a slightly watery, sugary backbone... Solid ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampled from a bottle at Where the Wild Beers Are - October 5, 2013. Clear light gold pour with a white head. Wheat and citrus fruit, slightly sour. Nice beer.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons, Calais. Clear pale gold thin white head. Slightly sour aroma. It’s a decent sweetish lambicy Belgian wit. Some sourness on finish. I like it. Really refreshing, just a touch too sweet in the middle I’d say but otherwise quite drinkable.
