sensational beer, one of it's kind, lovely to drink in summertime, refreshing, inviting, never boring in fruits, sours, flowers a beer to die for AtronSeige (1695) - Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA - MAY 22, 2014
Aroma: Coriander, horse blanket, leather, wheat, light pepper,
Appearance: Hazy straw body. Small thin white head. Lacing.
Flavour: Orange zest, coriander, tart, orange,
Palate: Medium-light body. High carbonation.
Overall: WOW! The first lambic that I will happily drink liters of! Definite white beer flavours with higher tartness/sourness and subtle, yet complimentary lambic flavours and aromas.
375ml bottle, poured. Thanks Andre!

Bottle at Redmond's. Delightful. White grapes and sweetness against the sour. Very subtle spice but it''s far more lambic and witbier than it is saison. The balance of flavours is really accomplished. DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 30, 2006
UPDATED: JUN 15, 2009 Aroma is serious lemon, a bit sweet and if you serch long enough some geuze stink. Taste is similar very light but too sweet to be good. RERATE: On draft in the rake. Numerous samples. Alright fair do’s this is not straight lambic and fair enough its sweetened, but may god its soo much massivly better draft than bottled. Lambic sourness, acidic lemon, bit of sherbert from the wheaty sweetness, sharp, massivly drinkable, like i did a pint in 5 mins and really wanted more but had to head home. Really suprised and will be loking to get it in again on draft. Grzesiek79 (4381) - Radom, POLAND - JAN 11, 2013

Keg at Birmingham Beer Bash 2014. Really enjoyed this. Delivered on many fronts: fresh, light, sour, chalky, creamy, refreshing, flavoursome. Perfect for a hot evening. seuinoz (260) - Glen Ellyn, Illinois, USA - JUN 14, 2015
aroma is a sour apple smell. appearance is dark yellow with a little bit of lacing with a little white head. Taste of sour apples dominate the beer. Sits well on the palate. Over all a refreshing beer for a hot humid day. Jajoro (11) - Redondo Beach, California, USA - JUL 18, 2002
I found the spicy aroma to be quite extrordinary. The combo of sweet and sour was very balanced. The lambic notes were just subtle enough not to overpower the delicate wheat flavor. JStax (7129) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - DEC 13, 2015
750 ml corked and caged bottle poured into a brandy snifter. The beer is a hazy yellow with a white head of foam. It just has a thin head, but it sticks around through the duration. It has a juicy sweetness to it, bit the acidity comes through really nicely as well. The spice is a bit muted, but that may be due to it being 3 years old already. 2012 cork. Refreshing take on a wit, or vice versa. Solid beer, and one I would love to have again sometime. borre_m (1702) - NORWAY - DEC 22, 2015
Pours clear golden. Aroma is sour, citru. Taste is sour, but balanced sweetness from berries.
