COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

TAR (2802) - Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina, USA - OCT 19, 2002
Gueuze-like aroma chock full of iron, earth, sour notes, lemon, and some Belgian stink. very nice and soft palate; medium carbonation level. Flavors of cocunut and lemon followed by longering iron, tonic, and pale malt. A very interesting brew that is not worth the effort of seeking out.

Oakes (19549) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 17, 2004
Hazy golden colour. Lemony, wheaty aroma. Slightly tart, but then sugary, with lambic notes. All right as a beer, but lousy as a lambic.

Coriander, light fruity citrus-tangerine and mild wheat character in the nose. Clear pale gold with decent and lasting, fine-bubbled head that leaves some lace. Sweetness and orange/lemon citrus flavour up front is subsumed with coriander spiciness that counterbalances nicely. Mild finishing bitterness. Cake-like yeast is a constant presence. Somehow reminiscent of gingerale soda. Soft wheaty mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Not really much in here that points to it having any lambic heritage but it’s a fair witbier. Sampled at Mondial de la Bière 2005.

Slight citric aroma, nose had noticeable tartness. Small head, gold tones. Citric, flowers some light orange peel flavour.

madsberg (11817) - Søborg, DENMARK - JUL 7, 2004
Bottled: Light yellow coloured. Hazy. Dense white head. Lasting. Yeast, light banana, vague sourness and some sweetness in the aroma. Aroma is quite good, but more like a witbier. Fruity, light sour and very sweet flavour. Reminds me a little of a sodapop. Not very pleasant for a gueuze. Not long lasting on the palate. Sweetness in dominant. A little cloying. Like Oakes said. An OK beer, but an awful gueuze.

Lubiere (14341) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 5, 2006
Lightly hazed gold beer with a thin white head. Lightly sweet lemon aroma with light lambic notes. In mouth, a sweet lambic with more lemon notes, not complex, and definitely not a wit! Bieropholie import, 07/12/06.

Had this with Oldrtybastrd. This was cloudy with a little head and coriander. This was like I expected from a white beer, not my favorite.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Yellow colour. Light sour and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short not very pleasent finish. Watery palate. Not a good witt.

33 cl bottle. Cleat pale yellow body with small white head. Flavour is sweet, fruit and white-vine like.

Bottle, 33cl. Pours a hazy and light amber beer with a weak offwhite head. The aroma is malt, sourness and vinegar. The flavor is malt, sweetness and sourness. The palate is fresh. Overall a special beer with sourness.
