There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

I found the spicy aroma to be quite extrordinary. The combo of sweet and sour was very balanced. The lambic notes were just subtle enough not to overpower the delicate wheat flavor.

Best before 10-09-2017, yellow beer, aroma is dusty/old, acidic, metal. Taste is sweet and some grannysmith apple tartness, long sweet aftertaste, weird beer.

Riktigt gott.

Tap. Foggy golden colour. Small white well-lacing head. Aroma: wild yeast, lemon, orange. Light body. Taste: lighly sweet initially. Notes of wheat, orange & coriander. Tarter fruity ending. Not bad as the whole.

Bottle at Redmond's. Delightful. White grapes and sweetness against the sour. Very subtle spice but it''s far more lambic and witbier than it is saison. The balance of flavours is really accomplished.

On tap @Lockness Pub (Rome). Giallo paglierino, abbastanza limpida, schiuma leggera. Al naso sentori di stalla, erba tagliata, limone e spezie. In bocca è sbilanciata sul dolce, residuo zuccherino evidente a bilanciare una acidità comunque contenuta. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione leggera. Si beve, ma non è un granché.

Spicy-citrusy beer with a slight sweet aftertaste. A bit too sweet for my taste.

deyholla (12590) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 11, 2017
Bottle, thanks for sharing. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and tart fruits with some sweetness supporting. Flavor has sweet grains throughout with a touch sweet fruit and a light tartness.

Bottle. Lightly sour. Surprisigly sweet like a faro with the low carbonation. Lacks the sour ess of a lambic or the sweet wheat flavors and the aroma of a wit.

thomashall (1249) - New Hope, Minnesota, USA - JUN 10, 2017
750ml bottle 2012 shared by John, thanks! Clear light yellow pour. Tart aroma. Not much going here but it’s delicious, tart, clean.
