There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

750 ml corked and caged bottle. Bottled on 5/30/12. Pours witbier pale yellow with a small white collapsing head that leaves a skiff of foam. Aroma is funky like a lambic (why is this in the witbier category again?), with horseblanket and pungent vinegar pretty strong. Taste is mostly sour and acidic with a sweet edge. Has more in common with a lambic or a plain old sour--other than the appearance, this bears little to no resemblance to any witbier I’ve ever had. Tastes good, whatever it is.

Spicy-citrusy beer with a slight sweet aftertaste. A bit too sweet for my taste.

deyholla (11759) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 11, 2017
Bottle, thanks for sharing. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and tart fruits with some sweetness supporting. Flavor has sweet grains throughout with a touch sweet fruit and a light tartness.

Bottle. Lightly sour. Surprisigly sweet like a faro with the low carbonation. Lacks the sour ess of a lambic or the sweet wheat flavors and the aroma of a wit.

750ml bottle 2012 shared by John, thanks! Clear light yellow pour. Tart aroma. Not much going here but it’s delicious, tart, clean.

Flaske 375ml fra Gulating Tromsø. Gylden. Filmskum. Tynn teppelacing. Lett gressaroma. Smaken sitronsaft. Gjennomgående bruspreg.

andrepintado (3488) - Lisbon, PORTUGAL - MAY 1, 2017

anstei (2358) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - APR 3, 2017
Bottle at Erzbierschof MC. Pours clear pale yellow with a recent foam. Aroma is Cervelat sausage, wit, coriander. Body is medium, umami, sweet but also a bit sour, lively carbonated. Still that sausage. A bit lactic. Good but weird.

ALIBALI (2201) - Kiel, GERMANY - MAR 31, 2017
Dezent versüßte Ledernase rauscht in den kitschigen Rosenlimosumpf.... Too sweet, but so nice shy funky ;)... 375ml Bottle aus einem Supermarkt in Belgien.

Juks (757) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 23, 2017
375ml bottle. Pours bubbly almost clear yellow, medium sized white head. Aroma is sweet, grainy, floral, some banana, coriander. Soursweet, lemonade, lime, cereals, coriander, lemon peel, malts in taste. Medium to light bodied, lively carbo. Soursweet, reminds faro somehow, wheat faro. Not bad, but weird.

nihtila (3668) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 22, 2017
Bottle at Great Grog fair. Slightly hazy golden. Nose is very refreshing, lemon, coriander. Tastes sweet and tart, gentle in sourness, wheat, lemon. Very refreshing, excellent if a bit too sweet.
