Philym (1003) - St Neots, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - SEP 8, 2014
Appearance: Clear amber with finger thick ivory head. Aroma: Toffee, caramel, slight raisin, citrus, wheat, bready malt and fruity. Taste: Low sourness, low/medium sweetness and bitterness. Palate: Medium thick grainy texture and body, average carbonation, lingering quite dry, burnt malty, citrus, peppery, fruity bitter finish after an initial gentle sweetness. Comments: Good and lace but quite a bitter end.

Bottle. Golden beer with a strong white head. The aroma is lightly hopped with toffee'ness. The flavour is bitter and toffee with a long finish. Overall a nice bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from local offy. Golden, with a thick, white, lasting head. Biscuit, light caramel, citric fruit zest. Some pine wood. Taste is light sweet, with a light, burnt bitterness. Nice, easy drinker.

Bottle, Booths Penrith. Lemon and biscuit aroma initially, zesty and effervescent palate but its the soft melon finish that I really love about this amber coloured beer. Really enjoyed this.

Cask at The Blue Post, Piccadilly. Pours an amber brown colour. Aroma I salty with a touch of caramel sweetness. Medium body, slightly thin. Caramel, leaves, wood, some dark fruit. Mild bitterness. OK. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

dogbomb (1244) - ENGLAND - OCT 4, 2013
Cask. Slightly cloudy golden ale with a thick white head. Nose is citrus, oranges, tangerines and grapefruit. Quite creamy and full in the mouth. Imparting citrus flavours - lots of grapefruit and lemon - and a heavy bitter ZING in the finish. Biscuity malt swimming throughout the beer. Solid, good bitter.

ManVsBeer (10928) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - SEP 26, 2013
Keighley Beer Festival. Light golden brown in colour with a head. Has a sweet malty character.

rauchbier (3927) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - APR 5, 2013
bottle. Amber gold, creamy and lasting white head and moderate condition. Grntle caramel, toffee and a hint of peppery hops in the nose, quite hop bitter in the mouth with some herbal notes over a solid toffee maltiness, lingering peppery hop bitterness dominates the finish

dynamiteninja (1875) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - DEC 18, 2012
Bottle. Rich gold body. Sparkling. Thick tight white head which lasts fully until the end of the drink. Hoppy, tangerine, spice. Long bitter finish. Cracking.

ralphdot (1100) - Billingham, Durham, ENGLAND - DEC 10, 2012
4.7% amber colour with a nice head, fruity aroma, bitter roast caramel taste.
