4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Maybe it’s a Yorkshire thing - but this is exactly how I think bitter should be. Aroma is subtle but hoppy. Taste is clean, balanced. Mouthfeel is fantastic - exactly right, perfect carbonation, slightly oily. This beer is everything in moderation. Unflashy, and maybe old fashioned, but drinkable. Also the bottle is cool.
500 ml bottle,bb 11/2018.
Nose - malt,leaves/earth.
Taste - malt, some nuts and even hay.
Bitter isn't my beer but this one is drinkable. Hopverdju (1631) - BELGIUM - DEC 1, 2017

UPDATED: OCT 11, 2017 Just gorgeous on a summer evening. Crisp characterful taste. Not overly gassy. An easy drinker for a session and always satisfying. Daboch (244) - Gdansk, POLAND - OCT 8, 2017
Barwa bursztynowa, piana biała co najwyżej średniej wielkości. Aromat chmielowa, cytrusy, nuty kwiatowe. W smaku trochę nut owocowych, słodowych, lekka goryczka. Ogólnie niezły bitter

Hoppy British ale. Amber in colour. Brilliant, for what it is. Bottle from local Tesco store. steveddy (33) - Chichester, West Sussex, ENGLAND - SEP 15, 2017
Pours pale amber. More a bitter to me than pale ale in flavour. Good lasting head. A decent bitter but was expecting more having read so much praise.. Grumbo (4254) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - SEP 10, 2017
