This is a seminal model for other Pale Ales to follow. It has that Flinty Burton Water character, its very drinkable indeed.Golden Promise is a rarely used Malt these days because of expense and other factors, which are another story. But boy does it make this,in conjunction with the Burtony and classic Hops, one gigantic master of a low Alcohol Beer (but not weak by any measure). It hath Hay,Nuts and Toast sure,a bit Floral and Citrus yes,a little of the barnyard and rotten eggs yes,yes perfect.

Lore (2514) - Budapest, HUNGARY - DEC 6, 2016
Dark gold colour, minimal off-white head; aroma and taste of bread, biscuits, some caramel and maybe walnut l, as well as floral notes; easy to drink, but it has a minimal metallic aftertaste, what reduces a bit the experience
