Circuit tips a can to Czech pilsners with its light and crisp metallic finish. Its thirst-quenching flavor is mostly derived from heavy use of Saaz hops and it boasts amazing head retention for such a light beer. Whether on a hot day or with a plate of scampi, you’ll enjoy a cold circuit.

Can. Lemon and milky barley malt aroma. Golden yellow with giant white head. Mildly sweet lemon, milky malt, and bitter herbal/metallic flavor. Hmm - a pilsner made with American ale yeast - I guess this could be close to a cream ale as well. Different - not bad.

Tap at CYO. Pissy, light silver color with a finger of foam. Lovely pilsner malt forward nose and flavors. Clean and crisp with a light bitter finish. This is a nice easy drinking pils.

can @ The Beer Trappe / Lexington KY --- Aroma of light malt. Hazy light amber color, white head with bubbles that bunch together leaving empty spots, star fields of lace. Taste is light malt with yeast sweetness, light carbonation, and a light burst of hops in a medium long finish. Very light, but I’m having it with pizza, and it compliments the food very well. So, light, but quite drinkable.

On tap at the brewpub. It poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma was of floral hops, malts and some earth. The taste was similar to the aroma with more floral hops, malts, some earthiness and a little metal bite. Not bad.

Draft at the source. Pale yellow with a slight haze. White head. Aroma is pils malts, grass, and light fruitiness. Taste is similar: light malt, grass, and light citrus. Finish is mildly bitter. Light-bodied.

It’s light, clean, and fresh. Not too much flavor but it was a good beer to start the evening with.

Sampled at gabf. So very clear. Dry fruitiness. Sulfur hops. Earth in the malts but it is still fairly clean. Close to authentic.

Worse tinman I have had. Just not up to there normal level. Pretty flavorless. Lacking aroma.

1 pint can. Light citrus aroma. Loads of carbonation and a foam head. Light taste, clean mouthfeel. Slightly stale malt taste. Slightly sticky aftertaste of stale malt.

16oz can. Cloudy yellow very little head. Aroma is a little grainy and a touch citrusy. Scratchy, messy flavor. Not the clean crisp pilsener I was hoping for.

16 oz can poured into a tumbler..piss yellow with foamy white head..malty,grassy,earthy aroma...a malt bomb..not my style at all.
