Draft that pours semi cloudy red color with minimal white head. Aroma of malt and caramel malts and a minimal hop base. The flavor is mild to medium caramel mslt base. A little more pronounced hop flavor but still quite mild. Overall just a decent red ale.

ContemplateBeer (2089) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - DEC 14, 2014
Aroma: Rich caramel, nougat malts; a little butter; hops are a little spicy. Appearance: Hazy copper red pour with a foamy tan head that settles into a solid skin. Flavor: Matches the nose with a rich malt presence touched by a bit of butter; finish is slightly spicy and bitter. Palate: Medium body, sticky texture, very soft carbonation, slightly bitter finish. Overall: A solid Irish red. Worth a go if you have a few extra bucks.

2oz taster on tap, at HopCat Broad Ripple. Clear orange color. Thin off-white head, leaving good thicker lace. Toasty malt, some orange citrusy hop. Light to moderate bitter, light to moderate sweet. Medium body. Smooth, kind of soft, sort of creamy lighter carbonation. Really nice, balanced, complex irish ale.

Sweet flavour of caramel malt with a light fruity note and a mildly bitter finish. Medium body with a creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. Pretty good, better than expected.
