Rivet whets your sensors with Caramel malts and Willamette hops to produce a more colorful and flavorful version of its English relatives – the bitter clan. Its toffee sweetness and mild bitterness make rivet the perfect complement to backyard barbecues and burgers.

On tap at the brewpub. It poured a clear copper color with an off-white head. The aroma was of caramel, malts and hops. The taste was similar to the aroma with more caramel, toffee, hops and malts. Tasty.

16 oz can @ Keg Liquors / Clarksville IN --- Clear amber brown, beige head that sticks at one-finger, waves of lace. Taste is caramel malt, medium carbonation, and a brush of hops. Malt centered, full-bodied, enjoyable. I will try it again

tap at Ft Wayne Oktobeerfest 2013 - Pours amber and has a mild toasted caramel malt aroma. It tastes mainly of sweet, toasted malt. There’s little hops noticeable and a medium body. Decent for the style.

Tap at Fetta. Pours a deep copper with a finger of beige foam that lingers. Light caramel and toffee nose. Good carbonation but the body was a little thin and had a quick finish. Decent, but seems like something was lacking.

Can. Fruity caramel malt and almond aroma. Clear deep amber with a large, dense, creamy ivory head. Bland caramel malt and herbal hops flavor. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation.

can thank you to nico for hand delivering this @ booston. aroma of potent toasted toffee, green raisin, bit of sherry. smell like a fricken barley wine. taste peculiar mix of water herbal toffee, veggie, and hint of metal. weird watery buttery vegetable. initial aroma was pleasant, but not very drinkable in the end. not my cup of rew.

I honestly didn’t think this beer was all that great. It had a slightly bitter and off flavor. It’s a sweeter beer but a little weird, maybe in an English way.

No aroma. Light head. Malt like dark toast smokiness. Very easy drinking. Thin on tongue. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
