This is a great Irish ale. It is not hoppy, and it is smooth and easy to drink. MaltsterMash (31) - Kokomo, Indiana, USA - OCT 21, 2016
Reddish hue, sweet malty aroma, light head of foam. The taste hits you with the caramel malts instantly, a very sweet beer. Overall impression, a good variation on the Irish Red Ale. Wasn’t as dry as I thought it would be but a solid flagship from Tin Man. shrubber85 (11582) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - MAY 10, 2013

Reddish amber. Large frothy off-white head. Sticky lace and good retention. Sweet & malty. Toffee, caramel, touch of dark fruit. Creamy and clean. Nice body. Mild toasty finish. Very enjoyable. Tastes even better from the can than poured. Well done.

Rated on 9-07-2013 at Mad Anthony OktoBEERfest (Fort Wayne) Draft - This beer pours a large creamy, smooth beige head with good retention, transparent amber body, good amount of lacing, and slow rising carbonation. The Aroma is malty, caramel, lightly hoppy, and lightly fruity. The Taste is sweet, malty, caramel, hint of toffee, banana, and lightly hoppy. The Palate is very smooth and this beer is medium bodied. Overall, this beer is very quaffable, a session beer, worth trying, and a beer that I recommend and would drink again. 2oz taster on tap, at HopCat Broad Ripple. Clear orange color. Thin off-white head, leaving good thicker lace. Toasty malt, some orange citrusy hop. Light to moderate bitter, light to moderate sweet. Medium body. Smooth, kind of soft, sort of creamy lighter carbonation. Really nice, balanced, complex irish ale. cmacklin (1277) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 23, 2014
473 ml can. Pours a hazy, red amber colour with a large, creamy, long lasting, tan head. Sweet buttery caramel malt aroma and lightly fruity. Sweet flavour of caramel malt with a light fruity note and a mildly bitter finish. Medium body with a creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. Pretty good, better than expected. rondphoto (4490) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - OCT 31, 2016
16 oz can @ Keg Liquors / Clarksville IN --- Clear amber brown, beige head that sticks at one-finger, waves of lace. Taste is caramel malt, medium carbonation, and a brush of hops. Malt centered, full-bodied, enjoyable. I will try it again
