Pours a crystal clear, deep amber with a half finger, off-white, frothy head that thins to a film. Light bubbles can be seen rising to the surface. Very mild lacing.
Aroma is faint with hints of bread and caramel.
Taste is a slight bitter with a short bready, malty, aftertaste.
Low-medium body and carbonation. Bubbly, slightly watery, clean mouth feel.
Overall a very drinkable beer. Tasty and refreshing. Would buy again. tmongoose (2504) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - MAR 6, 2015
Draft that pours semi cloudy red color with minimal white head. Aroma of malt and caramel malts and a minimal hop base. The flavor is mild to medium caramel mslt base. A little more pronounced hop flavor but still quite mild. Overall just a decent red ale. GreenJeremy (71) - Spruce Grove, Alberta, CANADA - APR 24, 2014

tap at Ft Wayne Oktobeerfest 2013 - Pours amber and has a mild toasted caramel malt aroma. It tastes mainly of sweet, toasted malt. There’s little hops noticeable and a medium body. Decent for the style. Boomersmancave1 (133) - Wheatland, Indiana, USA - AUG 16, 2014

On tap at the brewpub. It poured a clear copper color with an off-white head. The aroma was of caramel, malts and hops. The taste was similar to the aroma with more caramel, toffee, hops and malts. Tasty. willisread (3306) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - NOV 21, 2016
Tap at Fetta. Pours a deep copper with a finger of beige foam that lingers. Light caramel and toffee nose. Good carbonation but the body was a little thin and had a quick finish. Decent, but seems like something was lacking. kermis (12869) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 12, 2013
