COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tin Roof Blonde Ale is a light-bodied, crisp American Blonde Ale with a wonderfully refreshing finish. Uses glacier hops, as well as 2 row, pilsen and caramel malts.

Pairs well with virtually everything. You name it…pizza, crawfish, poboys, etc. If the food is good, Tin Roof Blonde Ale will enhance it. If it isn’t good, we still recommend drinking a TinRoof Blonde Ale.

Malts: 2 Row, Pilsen, Caramel
Hops: Glacier

DuffMan (10429) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 20, 2013
On tap somewhere on Bourbon Street. In my plastic cup this looks medium gold with a creamy thin head. Aroma is grainy with a whiff of hops. The palate delivers the same. Stumbling onward...

12 oz. can shared by dudeabide- thanks again, Nate! Pours a pale, clear blonde color with a small white head. Aroma of dry malts, grains, sugar, and some dough. Flavor is the same. So light in body, with moderate carbonation and a dry mouthfeel. Didn’t do much for me but I could see it working on a hot, sweaty Louisiana day to cut the spiciness in food.

DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 10, 2013
12oz can, shared by dudeabide at Natifest 2013 - last tick of the event, for me. Clear golden color. Little white head. Loose dots of lace. Soft, smooth carbonation. Dry finish. Light carbonation, moderate sweet taste. Some breadiness, light pepper. Tasted like a lager to me, but a solid lager.
